I’m writing to express my displeasure at a product that did not perform as labeled and advertised. About six months ago I bought a half ounce bottle of your product, Eternity for men, and was very pleased with the smell of this cologne, as was my mate. The clean, yet slightly musky qualities are very pleasing to the olfactory senses of both sexes and I have enjoyed using it nearly every day. Imagine my surprise this morning upon exiting the shower, getting ready for my day and finding that my bottle of “Eternity” was empty! Not only did Eternity not live up to it’s name, it fell FAR short lasting a mere six to seven months. I think you should apologize to your loyal customer base and rename this product Twelve to Fourteen Months Per Ounce for men.
