So here’s a quick update on that moss tree WIP. I added more moss to give it more of a tree shape. Next will be to anchor it better onto the base, glue it, paint it and color the moss some. Below that are some shots from our Pathfinder game session tonight.

Game night rolled around again on Sunday night and we opted for a PvP practice combat session as our GM was unable to make it. Here’s Tyler getting some practice in before the rest of the guys came over.

Pro-tip: a laser pointer is perfect for those tricky line-of-sight questions through holes and concealment situations. We used rulers all night for movement over the terrain (when I make my natural rock terrain I do not put a grid on it) as well as for my necromancer’s new ability to fly. The ruler does help for line-of-sight questions across the flat plane of the battle mat but the laser pointer made it easy to solve them when looking through multiple holes, caves and doors.
