Bag Of Orcs almost done, finally!
I am finally finishing off these awesome pig-faced orcs. Steel tusk spikes, severed heads, armpit hair… these orcs are just how I like ’em! I washed with Agrax Earthshade and the skin tone is Waaagh! Flesh. No highlighting at all, yet. Blood treatment on the weapons, of course! I based these awhile ago and set them on the bakers rack to let the Milliput cure and haven’t picked them up since then, about 6 months ago!
The picture above is the orcs with an Agrax Earthshade wash, pre-blood treatment. The bases need to be finished off, along with a bunch of others in the base queue.
Completed: Mounted Elven Archers!
Glad to also be done with these, though I will probably go back and use some gloss coat on them. This is my first experiment with the Vellejo Matt Varnish. It was thicker than I expected, but can be thinned with water just fine. I can see how I will want to use both gloss and flat varnish on the same mini.
